Oracle Eloqua 26B adds Zoom Events support and a Salesforce External Client App option

Oracle's Eloqua 26B release notes, published April 29, 2026, add Salesforce External Client App connections, Zoom Events support in the Zoom app, an HR onboarding agent with Fusion HCM, an email Button component and bulk Custom Object record deletion.

Oracle published What's New documentation for Eloqua 26B on April 29, 2026. Alongside the Redwood navigation, conversational subject line generation and generative AI admin controls, the release updates integrations, editors, data management and APIs. The Salesforce app adds a newer connection type. The Zoom connector covers Zoom Events for registration and attendance-based branching in Program and Campaign Canvas. A purpose-built AI agent links Fusion HCM employee events to Eloqua journeys. Form processing steps move to a Redwood design with feature parity.

The details

  • Existing Eloqua Salesforce connections continue to operate after the External Client App option is added.
  • Zoom Events support adds a Register action for single or multiple sessions and Registered, Attended and On-Demand Recordings feeders.
  • The Button component works in the HTML Email Editor, Dynamic Content, Shared Content, Signature Layouts and Email Header and Footer.
  • The Redwood HTML Email Editor, where Visual Editor Lock applies, is in controlled availability and requires a service request.
  • Bulk API imports accept an importRule of createAndUpdate, updateOnly or createOnly; a retention policy applies to unused definitions.

Context

Coverage of 26B so far has focused on Redwood navigation, conversational subject line generation and admin controls for generative AI features, all published April 29, 2026. The later 26C release in July 2026 enforced the generative AI permission introduced here and added a Dynamics 365 Sales app in controlled availability.

Not disclosed

  • A deadline for moving from Salesforce Connected Apps to External Client Apps
  • Licensing required for the Employee Onboarding Assistant
  • Production rollout dates for 26B by pod
