Oracle Eloqua 26B introduces Redwood navigation

Oracle's What's New documentation for Eloqua update 26B, dated April 29, 2026, describes a refreshed navigation experience based on Oracle's Redwood design system, which Oracle says aligns Eloqua with its other applications. The update keeps Eloqua's cascading menu model so users can reach key areas through a familiar structure. Oracle says navigation and page-loading behavior were optimized to reduce latency, and that the change reflects customer feedback on navigation efficiency and responsiveness. URL formats change with the new navigation, but existing Eloqua links continue to work through automatic redirects. The navigation is available by default when the Redwood Experience is enabled.

The details

• Existing URLs redirect automatically, so bookmarks and integrations need no updates, according to Oracle.
• The cascading menu structure is retained to limit change for users.
• Oracle cites faster load times for campaign execution, asset creation and reporting navigation.
• No separate enablement is needed beyond turning on the Redwood Experience.

Context

Redwood navigation is part of a gradual move of Eloqua to Oracle's Redwood design, which in our coverage includes the Program Template Manager in Redwood in the 26A update in January 2026. The 26B release also added conversational subject line generation in the Redwood HTML editor and a permission for generative AI access. The July 26C update added a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales app and email auto-click detection.
