Oracle Eloqua 26A adds a Program Template Manager in Redwood
Eloqua 26A introduces a Program Template Manager for creating and reusing program templates in the Redwood experience.
Oracle's What's New documentation for Eloqua update 26A, which our coverage dates to January 16, 2026, introduces the Program Template Manager. Oracle describes it as a centralized user interface in the Redwood experience for Eloqua that lets users create, update and reuse program templates. The company lists two business benefits: less manual effort in program setup and more consistency in campaign management. The feature is available only in the Redwood experience. To use it, customers switch to Redwood through their Eloqua user profile or through organizational admin settings, and Oracle says no separate enablement is needed if Redwood is already active. The documentation entry does not describe template sharing rules or migration of existing templates.
