Cognism introduced a refreshed brand identity and a new website on April 16, 2026, in a post by Mick Loizou. The company says the change reflects how customers use B2B data, which has moved from list building inside Cognism's interface toward embedding data in their own systems, workflows and models. Cognism ties this to the Data-as-a-Service offering it launched the previous year for large enterprise customers, and says APIs have become the primary interface. The new tagline is Fluent in Data. Cognism says it will also publish content built from observed patterns in its own database.
The details
- Planned data-driven content topics include how leadership turnover shapes pipeline timing and how hiring patterns are shifting by region.
- Cognism names reliability, explainability and trust by design as the criteria buyers now weigh.
- The company says its earlier brand centered on SDR and demand generation teams.
- Cognism says the brand aims to move from marketing big coverage numbers toward evidence from real use cases.
Context
The refresh followed Cognism's February 2026 appointment of BBD Perfect Storm as lead creative agency, its native two-way HubSpot sync in February and its 2026 SOC 2 Type II audit. In our later coverage, Cognism launched CRM Enrichment for Salesforce and Job Change Detection in July, moved its ISO 27001 and 27701 certification to a UKAS-accredited body in September and made CRM Enrichment generally available with an MCP connection in October.
