Cognism published its first-half 2026 product roundup on July 7, 2026. The main release is CRM Enrichment, which Cognism describes as a governed enrichment layer that connects directly to the CRM. A live CRM Health Dashboard analyzes records by persona, segment and region to show missing fields, outdated contacts and coverage gaps. New contacts can be enriched when created, teams can run one-off or scheduled jobs, and RevOps can define enrichment workflows by ICP criteria with field-level overwrite rules. The suite supports Salesforce, with HubSpot planned for a later phase. The roundup also covers HubSpot bidirectional sync and Job Change Detection.

The details

  • Field-level overwrite settings let admins choose whether Cognism overwrites a field or only fills blanks.
  • Job Change Detection flags when a previously revealed contact changes role or company and can trigger enrichment workflows.
  • A new reveal is required to obtain updated contact details after a job change.
  • HubSpot bidirectional sync provides real-time sync and in-CRM visibility within prospecting workflows.
  • Intent Location Filtering lets users filter intent signals by geography or territory.
  • Cognism positions CRM Enrichment for teams selling into EMEA, citing its GDPR-first data.

Context

The roundup collects releases from the first half of 2026, including the native HubSpot two-way sync Cognism launched on February 17 and its April brand refresh. On October 13, 2026, Cognism made CRM Enrichment generally available and added an MCP connection, and in September it moved its ISO 27001 and 27701 certification to a UKAS-accredited body.

Not disclosed

  • Credit costs for enrichment jobs
  • A date for HubSpot support in CRM Enrichment
  • Availability status at the time of the post
  • Named customers using CRM Enrichment
