Cognism's Q3 2026 product roundup lists general availability of CRM Enrichment for Salesforce and HubSpot. The product includes a live CRM health dashboard, automated and scheduled enrichment jobs and field-level admin controls. The roundup also lists Net New Contacts for persona-based discovery at existing accounts, selective CRM data import, a Cognism MCP connection for AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT, a new API, and several data quality and compliance changes.

The details

  • Net New Contacts shows a credit-spend preview before each job runs.
  • Cognism says single-headquarters resolution raised HQ accuracy by about 14 percentage points.
  • French SIREN and SIRET and German Handelsregisternummer identifiers now cover about 95% of French and 85% of German companies, according to the company.
  • Compliance changes include an in-app opt-out list covering a rolling 90 days, CRM opt-out sync, and Do Not Call screening in 16 countries after adding Slovakia.
  • A free Workspace Manager role includes one seat on Standard and up to three on Pro.

Context

Cognism frames the Q3 release as adding a fourth step to the CRM Enrichment approach it introduced in H1, which it summarized as see it, fix it, keep it fixed. The new step concerns adding contacts to the CRM. The roundup says configurable job-change handling, webhooks for contacts and companies, and SCIM provisioning with an activity log dashboard were in beta or rolling out in October. The MCP connection is set up with a custom URL in Cognism settings and is subject to assistant and admin controls.
