Apollo moves AI Assistant out of beta for agentic GTM workflows

Apollo made its AI Assistant generally available after an October 2025 beta. The assistant turns plain-language goals into prospecting, enrichment, outreach and reporting workflows.

Apollo announced on March 4, 2026 that its AI Assistant had come out of beta. The company says the assistant translates plain-language goals into executed workflows across its platform, covering prospect discovery and qualification, data enrichment, outreach, reporting and deal execution, and uses saved company and product context to shape targeting and messaging. Apollo says customers control when and how much the assistant acts, with a human-in-the-loop approach. The assistant entered beta in October 2025. Apollo reports nearly 20,000 weekly active users and says beta users booked 2.3 times more meetings. CEO Matt Curl and CPO Bela Stepanova are quoted.

The details

  • AI Assistant is free as an introductory offer on Basic, Pro and Organization plans; Apollo says pricing and availability may change.
  • Free plans include up to five chats.
  • Apollo says users are 36% more likely to book meetings in their first 14 days.
  • The assistant draws on Apollo's proprietary B2B database and its automation and engagement tools.
  • Customer quotes come from TransPerfect and JumpCloud.

Context

Two weeks after this launch, Apollo acquired revenue intelligence platform Pocus (March 19, 2026) and cited AI Assistant usage growth in that announcement. Later Apollo items in our coverage include a beta app in ChatGPT (April 29, 2026), a connector for Perplexity Computer (June 3, 2026) and the Intelligence Layer launch (September 30, 2026).
