Apollo launches beta Claude connector built on its MCP server

Apollo released a beta connector for Anthropic's Claude, built on its MCP server, plus a Claude Code and Cowork plugin for power users.

Apollo announced on February 24, 2026 the beta launch of a native connector for Anthropic's Claude, built on Apollo's MCP server. The company says Claude users can search for leads in natural language, retrieve company details, enrich lead records with Apollo credits, create and update contacts, and add or remove contacts from sequences, with every action recorded in Apollo. Access uses OAuth 2.0 with permissions scoped to the user's Apollo role and plan limits, and no API keys are required. Apollo also released a Claude Code and Cowork plugin that bundles several Apollo APIs into workflows triggered with namespaced slash commands. CEO Matt Curl is quoted.

The details

  • Early access is available in Claude's connector directory from February 24, 2026.
  • For a limited time, all Apollo customers can connect through OAuth within Claude.
  • Enrichment and job posting actions consume Apollo credits based on the customer's plan.
  • The connector does not support destructive bulk operations such as bulk delete or bulk update.
  • Apollo says the MCP server is hosted on its own infrastructure.

Context

This is the earliest Apollo item in our coverage for 2026, followed by the AI Assistant general availability launch (March 4, 2026) and the Pocus acquisition (March 19, 2026). Apollo later released a beta app in ChatGPT on the same MCP server (April 29, 2026) and a connector for Perplexity Computer (June 3, 2026).
