Adobe adds live chat wait limit and transcript download to Dynamic Chat

Adobe's March 2026 Dynamic Chat release for Marketo Engage adds a configurable visitor wait time limit and transcript downloads after live chats.

What we are seeing

Adobe listed a March 2026 release for Dynamic Chat, the conversational marketing tool that ships with Marketo Engage. The release adds a visitor wait time limit, which lets administrators set how long a visitor waits, between 10 and 500 seconds, before receiving a fallback message when no live agent connects. It also lets users download a text file of a chat transcript after a live chat ends. Adobe notes that Dynamic Chat runs on a continuous delivery model, with release notes kept separately from the main Marketo Engage notes. The previous listed Dynamic Chat release, in June 2025, revamped live chat routing logic.
