Trigify rebuilds its Jarvis assistant with full account context

Trigify released Jarvis V2, a rebuilt AI assistant with context over all social listening results and workflows. Jarvis now charges only for output tokens for a limited time.

Trigify released Jarvis V2 on March 4, 2026, describing it as a ground-up rebuild of its AI assistant. According to the changelog, Jarvis now has context over every post and result across a user's social listening searches and workflows, so users can request share of voice reports, top engager rankings, trending themes and content gap analysis without exporting data. Jarvis can find LinkedIn profiles for people it surfaces and set up monitoring from the chat. Trigify also changed pricing so Jarvis charges only for output tokens while the company absorbs input token costs for a limited time. The company estimates a full report and workflow session at around 16 credits.

The details

  • Users can reference workflows in Jarvis with @ mentions.
  • Jarvis decides between multiple targeted searches and one broader search, and configures workflow nodes and integrations inline.
  • Before publishing, Jarvis runs an automated test with synthetic data through every node and conditional branch.
  • A prompt library replaces the previous template system.
  • The interface adds a resource drawer, visual workflow previews and per-session credit visibility.

Context

This is the second Trigify update in our coverage in 2026, after Instagram monitoring with Gmail and Google Sheets integrations (February 20, 2026). Later releases fixed Jarvis issues alongside the official X API move (March 19, 2026) and added a CLI and agent Skills (April 7, 2026), before the Trigify team joined HubSpot (September 23, 2026).

Not disclosed

  • When input token costs will start being charged
