Trigify, a monitoring platform for revenue teams, announced on its website in a post dated September 23, 2026 that its team is joining HubSpot and its standalone product is being retired. Most customers keep access until 11:59pm BST on October 22, 2026, when integrations, API access, monitoring and data collection stop. Trigify says accounts will not be migrated to HubSpot and that HubSpot will not use customer data in connection with the move.

The details

  • Customers with different contractual notice periods receive their own end dates directly.
  • Customers are told to export data before access ends, using existing export options or by contacting the company.
  • Subscriptions will not renew past the applicable service end date, and final invoice, credit or refund details are sent individually.
  • Customer data is retained or deleted under Trigify's contractual, privacy and legal obligations.

Context

Trigify's notice says team members are moving into HubSpot roles. In our coverage, HubSpot shipped its Fall 2026 Spotlight with Breeze Assistant in September and announced AI credit spend caps and seat-to-credit swaps on October 15. The Trigify notice does not state whether Trigify technology will appear in HubSpot products. It says plainly that "Your Trigify account will not be migrated to HubSpot."

Not disclosed
