Trigify adds news monitoring to trigger workflows from company headlines

Trigify launched news monitoring that tracks company news such as funding, executive moves and launches. Stories can trigger Slack alerts, AI qualification and CRM updates.

Trigify announced on June 18, 2026 that news monitoring is live. The feature tracks news about target accounts as it breaks, covering funding rounds, executive moves, expansion news, product launches and other company updates, and routes relevant stories into workflows. Users can apply boolean keyword filters to reduce noise, control coverage by outlet, country and publisher, and preview real articles before turning a search on. Any story can trigger a workflow, including Slack alerts, AI qualification, CRM updates and sales handoff. Trigify frames the feature around timing, saying news often reaches the CRM after the best outreach window has passed.

The details

  • Monitored event types include funding, executive moves, expansion, launches and partnerships.
  • Boolean keywords filter which stories match.
  • Coverage can be limited by outlet, country and publisher.
  • Users can preview matching articles before activating a search.
  • Workflow actions triggered by stories include Slack alerts, AI qualification, CRM updates and sales handoff.

Context

News monitoring arrived four weeks after Trigify launched a Signals beta with 16 account buying signals on May 20, 2026, and followed a CLI and agent Skills release in April. In August Trigify redesigned its platform around Social Listening, and on September 23 it announced that its team was joining HubSpot and the standalone platform would wind down.

Not disclosed

  • Pricing or plan limits for news monitoring
