Trigify ships a redesigned platform with Social Listening as the main workspace

Trigify released a redesigned platform with a new logo and visual design. Social Listening became the main workspace and workflows became easier to build, test and review.

Trigify posted a changelog entry on August 13, 2026 describing what it called its biggest update to date. The release introduced a new logo, a new visual design and a redesigned platform. In the new layout, Social Listening becomes the main working area, Signals is presented as the place to investigate activity around target accounts, and workflows are described as clearer to build, test and review. The changelog says the Jarvis assistant now stays with users as they move through the product. Trigify held a live walkthrough and question session with Piers and Hugo the same day at 16:00 BST.

The details

  • The update includes a new logo and a full visual redesign of the platform.
  • Social Listening is positioned as the default working area in the product.
  • Signals is presented as the tool for investigating activity around specific accounts.
  • Workflows were reworked for building, testing and reviewing.
  • The Jarvis assistant is available throughout the product rather than in a single location.

Context

This follows Trigify's June 18, 2026 addition of news monitoring for workflows, its May 20 Signals beta with 16 account buying signals and a March rebuild of the Jarvis assistant with full account context, all in our coverage. About six weeks after the redesign, on September 23, 2026, Trigify announced that its team was joining HubSpot and that its standalone signals platform would wind down.

Not disclosed

  • Any pricing or plan changes tied to the redesign
  • Whether the previous interface remained available
  • Migration steps for existing workflows
  • Specific new features beyond the layout changes
