Trigify adds Surfe, Apollo and Airtable integrations to workflows
Trigify released native integrations with Surfe for contact data, Apollo for enrichment and sequences, and Airtable for record management inside its workflows.
Trigify published a changelog entry on January 27, 2026 announcing three new workflow integrations. The Surfe integration lets users find people at companies and retrieve verified emails, mobile numbers and company data. The Apollo integration updates contacts, adds prospects to sequences and manages their status, and enriches people and company records. The Airtable integration creates, updates, retrieves, deletes and searches records in Airtable bases. Users connect their own Surfe, Apollo or Airtable accounts to build the steps into Trigify workflows. The entry also lists smaller changes, including filtering of search results, location data in person enrichment and clearer variable names for signal action outputs.
The details
- Surfe actions: find people, email enrichment, mobile numbers and company data.
- Apollo actions: update contacts, sequence management, people enrichment and company enrichment.
- Airtable actions: create, update, get, delete and search records with optional filtering.
- Search results can be filtered by saved search, multiple sources, custom limits and date ranges.
- Person enrichment now returns location data extracted from LinkedIn profiles.
Context
This is the earliest Trigify item in our coverage. Instagram monitoring with Gmail and Google Sheets integrations followed on February 20. Later items include a rebuilt Jarvis assistant, a move to the official X API, a CLI and agent Skills, a Signals beta and news monitoring. Trigify shipped a redesigned platform in August, and in September its team joined HubSpot as the standalone platform wound down.
