Trigify adds Substack monitoring for publications and keyword searches

Trigify's April 15, 2026 changelog adds Substack as a monitored source, letting users track publications and keyword searches and trigger workflows from new posts, along with per-search digest controls and notification reliability fixes.

On April 15, 2026, Trigify announced Substack monitoring. The feature tracks named publications and keyword searches on Substack and routes new posts into Trigify workflows. The changelog, signed by CEO Max Mitcham, describes Substack as a channel for long-form content rather than a high-volume lead source. It also lists three smaller changes covering digest settings, workflow alerts and notification delivery. The feature can be used from the Trigify app or from the terminal through the CLI released a week earlier.

The details

  • Users can monitor specific Substack publications and keyword searches.
  • New posts can trigger workflows to summarize, share, store or repurpose content.
  • Trigify says Substack is not its best source for high-volume lead generation.
  • Daily email digests can be switched on or off per search.
  • Substack monitoring is accessible in the app and through the terminal.

Context

Trigify released its CLI and agent Skills on April 7, 2026, a week before this update, and the CLI listed Substack among its seven platforms. Over the following month Trigify added Hacker News, subreddit, Daily.dev and Bluesky sources, and in May 2026 it launched a Signals beta with 16 account buying signals.

Not disclosed

  • Credit cost per Substack search or post.
  • How often Substack sources are checked for new posts.
  • Whether paywalled Substack content is captured.
