Trigify adds subreddit-level Reddit monitoring with keyword filters

Trigify's April 28, 2026 changelog adds monitoring of specific subreddits with keyword filters, search previews before saving, and workflow triggers from new posts for qualification, alerts and CRM updates.

On April 28, 2026, Trigify released subreddit monitoring. The feature narrows Reddit listening to named communities, supports keyword filters, and lets users preview results before saving a search. New posts that match can start workflows for qualification, summaries, alerts, CRM updates or research. Trigify presents the feature as a complement to its existing broad Reddit monitoring, and says buyers use these communities to ask for recommendations, compare alternatives and discuss tools before they contact vendors.

The details

  • Users choose specific subreddits to monitor.
  • Keyword filters can target competitor mentions, pain points, tool comparisons and buying intent.
  • Searches can be previewed and validated before saving.
  • New posts can trigger workflows for alerts, CRM updates and research.
  • Trigify already offered broad Reddit monitoring before this release.

Context

Trigify had listed Reddit among the seven platforms supported by its CLI on April 7, 2026. This release followed Substack monitoring on April 15 and Hacker News on April 21, and preceded Daily.dev and Bluesky in May. Trigify launched a Signals beta on May 20, 2026 and made Social Listening its main workspace in an August 13, 2026 redesign.

Not disclosed

  • Credit cost per subreddit monitor.
  • Whether comments, as well as posts, are captured.
  • How many subreddits can be tracked per workspace.
