Outreach October 2026 release adds Org Context, Omni in Slack channels and KPI tiles
Outreach's October 2026 release notes list Org Context for AI agents, the Omni bot in Slack channels, KPI dashboard tiles, Revenue Agent reporting and an Outreach app on the ServiceNow Marketplace, shipping October 8 to 27, 2026.

The largest is Org Context, an admin-curated set of company information blocks that the company says AI agents reference before responding. Content can be filled in from web sources, with suggestions admins accept or reject. Omni, Outreach's conversational agent, gains persistent, threaded use inside Slack channels. Reporting adds KPI tiles and a per-sequence Revenue Agent column. The mobile apps get Omni conversation recovery and SMS task updates, and a dedicated Outreach app is published to the ServiceNow Marketplace.

- Org Context ships with default blocks for Company overview, Competitors and Products, plus free-form blocks, and requires dedicated Create, Edit or View permissions.
- Admins can make Omni replies in Slack visible to the channel or ephemeral, limit Omni to DMs and App Home, and block it in specific channels.
- KPI tiles include ten metrics such as Total Pipeline Created, Meetings Booked, Closed-Won Amount, Win-Rate and Average Deal Size, refreshing about every 15 minutes.
- Opportunity-related KPIs require the Deal package; Engage-only customers can access top-of-funnel KPIs.
- The Revenue Agent column in the Sequence Performance report requires the Amplify package with Revenue Agents configured.
- The ServiceNow Marketplace app shows sequence and call disposition data on call records and Kaia recording URLs and summaries on meeting records.
Context
The release follows Outreach's August 2026 release, which added the AI Control Hub and a full-screen Omni view, and its April 2026 release of the Omni agent and Agent Studio. The ServiceNow Marketplace app extends the ServiceNow Sales CRM integration Outreach announced on May 6, 2026. Outreach's newsroom on October 14, 2026 opened nominations for its Nucleo Awards.
