Outreach May 2026 release adds MCP write actions and custom object personalization
Outreach's May 2026 release, shipping May 14 to June 18, 2026, lets AI agents create and delete records through its MCP server, adds custom object variables to personalization and adds ZoomInfo signals and Microsoft Teams notifications.
Outreach published release notes for features shipping from May 14 to June 18, 2026. The MCP Server moves beyond retrieving data to taking actions on records. Personalization can draw on custom object data and launch sequences when custom object records are created or updated. The release also adds reporting on Revenue Agents and AI-generated content, an org-level Voicemail Drop setting with consent guidance, in-meeting comments in Kaia Live, org-default AI summaries, manual recording uploads, forecast and deal page options, data sharing fields and Microsoft Teams notifications.
The details
- MCP agents can create and delete accounts, opportunities and prospects and add or remove prospects from sequences.
- Templates can include multiple custom object variables, and sequences can trigger from custom object events.
- Kaia recordings can be uploaded manually for meetings Kaia did not attend.
- Active Salesforce picklist values now sync to Outreach daily for picklist-to-picklist mappings.
