Outreach launches integration with ServiceNow Sales CRM
Outreach announced a bidirectional integration with ServiceNow's CRM at Knowledge 2026, available through the ServiceNow Store.
Outreach announced an integration with ServiceNow at ServiceNow's Knowledge 2026 conference on May 6, 2026. As a ServiceNow Build Partner, Outreach provides a native bidirectional sync between Outreach and ServiceNow Sales CRM that keeps core customer and activity data updated in both systems. The company says revenue teams can run end-to-end agentic AI workflows and capture the resulting activity directly inside ServiceNow Sales CRM. Outreach says this reduces app switching and manual work for sellers and gives sales leaders and RevOps teams clearer visibility across systems. The integration will be available in the ServiceNow Store.
The details
- The integration is built on the ServiceNow AI Platform.
- Outreach participates as a Build partner in the ServiceNow Partner Program, which covers developing and distributing applications on the platform.
- Quotes come from Outreach CEO Abhijit Mitra and Alix Douglas, group vice president, Partner Solutions at ServiceNow.
- Outreach names Databricks, SAP, Siemens and Verizon as customers in its boilerplate.
