Outreach launches app in ChatGPT and MCP server for Codex

Outreach announced two releases on June 3, 2026: an Outreach app in ChatGPT and an Outreach MCP Server for Codex. The ChatGPT app brings Outreach agents and revenue insights into ChatGPT conversations for sales, RevOps and customer success teams. The MCP server gives developers using Codex access to Outreach context so they can build custom agentic workflows, such as drafting collateral, updating deals and advancing pipeline, according to the company.

Context

The launch came one day after Outreach introduced its MCP Client and Agentic Ecosystem marketplace on June 2, 2026, which grouped its offerings into AI agents, data enrichment, MCP server, MCP client and knowledge categories. The release lists existing Outreach products that sit alongside the new surfaces, including Outreach Omni, Deal Agent, Meeting Prep Agent and Kaia conversation intelligence. Later in 2026 Outreach became available for private offers on Salesforce AgentExchange in September and reported 12x AI credit consumption growth in its fiscal second quarter. Pipedrive announced its inclusion in OpenAI's Codex sales plugin launch the following day.
