Outreach July 2026 release adds AI subject lines and Saved View agent targeting
Outreach's July 2026 release, shipping July 9 to 28, 2026, extends AI personalization to email subject lines, lets Revenue Agent target from Saved Views and widens Deal Agent's field updates.
Outreach published release notes for features shipping from July 9 to July 28, 2026. The main AI items extend personalization to subject lines, let Revenue Agent reuse Saved Views for targeting, and expand the field types Deal Agent can update. A new Revenue Agent distribution option combines balanced team workload with seller-to-account continuity. Omni on mobile can be opened from anywhere in the app. The release also includes editor, calling and Kaia recording updates.
The details
- Subject line personalization is available anywhere AI Personalization is used, according to the release notes.
- Deal Agent picklist suggestions are constrained to predefined options.
- Mailbox by Prior Engagement in Team assigns the first qualifying prospect from an account using standard team distribution, then keeps that seller on the account.
- Admins can require a completed Call Purpose before a call is logged.
- Kaia recordings now display closed captions in the video player.
Context
The release continues a run of Outreach agent updates in 2026, including Omni and Agent Studio in April and an MCP client and Agentic Ecosystem marketplace announced on June 2, 2026. On July 15, 2026 the company also published an AI Maturity Model for revenue teams. Deal Agent recommendations for opportunity fields first appeared in Outreach's February 2026 release.
