Outreach adds MCP client and Agentic Ecosystem marketplace
Outreach launched an MCP client that brings external data and actions into its platform and a marketplace grouping its agents, enrichment and MCP offerings.
Outreach announced an MCP Client and an Agentic Ecosystem marketplace on June 2, 2026. The MCP Client lets Outreach's AI agents pull data, knowledge and actions from external systems. The company says this makes Outreach the first revenue orchestration platform to offer both an MCP Server and an MCP Client. The marketplace groups Outreach's agentic offerings into five capability categories, each with plain-language descriptions of the revenue motion it supports.
The details
- Named MCP Client integrations are Seismic, Amplitude, Snowflake, Crayon, Sendoso, Slack, ZoomInfo, Glean and Demandbase, plus other MCP-compatible services.
- The five marketplace categories are Outreach AI Agents, Smart Data Enrichment, MCP Server, MCP Client and Knowledge.
- Outreach's MCP Server, launched earlier in 2026, lets Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Agentforce, ChatGPT and Codex sequence prospects, update records and run workflow automations in Outreach.
- Admins manage installation and access through Outreach's existing permissions framework.
- Agents are reviewed for enterprise deployment and connect into existing Outreach workflows, according to the company.
Context
The marketplace and client build on the MCP Server Outreach released earlier in 2026. One day later, on June 3, Outreach launched an app in ChatGPT and an MCP server for Codex, both listed in the new marketplace. In September 2026 Outreach became available for private offers on Salesforce AgentExchange and reported 12x growth in AI credit consumption in its fiscal second quarter. Several of the named MCP Client partners, including ZoomInfo and Sendoso, released their own MCP servers or AI connectors in the following weeks, with ZoomInfo making its GTM.AI layer generally available on the same day.
