Dun & Bradstreet launches a risk analytics plugin for Cursor
Dun & Bradstreet released a native Cursor plugin that brings D&B Commercial Graph data into AI developer workflows through MCP.
On July 9, 2026, Dun & Bradstreet announced a native integration with Cursor, the AI coding platform, in the form of a D&B Risk Analytics plugin available in the Cursor Marketplace. With the plugin installed, developers can bring continually updated D&B business information and risk intelligence from the D&B Commercial Graph into AI systems they build for compliance, procurement and other business uses. The integration uses the Model Context Protocol. D&B says developers can use it for continuous KYC and KYB monitoring and to build compliance agents with verified data on business identity, ownership, relationships and risk, with an audit trail that can be generated automatically.
The details
- The plugin is available in the Cursor Marketplace.
- Use cases named include identity verification, continuous monitoring and evidence collection.
- D&B says compliance agents built this way can scale review capacity by up to 20x.
- The Commercial Graph is anchored on the D-U-N-S Number business identifier.
- D&B said additional Commercial Graph plugins for finance, sales and other workflows would follow in the coming weeks.
- Alex Zuck, General Manager of Risk at D&B, and Brian McCarthy, President of Global Revenue and Field Operations at Cursor, are quoted.
Context
This follows D&B's June 2026 releases bringing the Commercial Graph to ChatGPT and Codex on June 3 and to Amazon Quick through MCP on June 16. In the months after, D&B added Snowflake Cortex Agents on its Marketplace listings, Gemini Enterprise workflows, Perplexity connectors, Copilot Studio and Dynamics 365 Sales agent support, and an IBM watsonx Orchestrate listing.
