Dun & Bradstreet data now feeds Microsoft Copilot Studio and Dynamics 365 Sales agents
Dun & Bradstreet released MCP integrations that let Copilot Studio agents and prebuilt Dynamics 365 Sales agents use the D&B Commercial Graph.
Dun & Bradstreet announced MCP integrations on September 16, 2026 that connect its D&B Commercial Graph to Microsoft Copilot Studio and to Dynamics 365 Sales agents. Microsoft's prebuilt Sales Qualification Agent and Sales Opportunity Agent can use D&B data to research accounts, qualify leads, assess opportunity health, flag risk signals and prioritize seller actions. Copilot Studio users can also build custom agents on the data. The company says the integrations are available now.
The details
- Custom and Microsoft-built Copilot agents can access the Commercial Graph in near real time.
- The D-U-N-S Number serves as the shared identifier for agents working across systems.
- Copilot Studio use cases named include credit and risk evaluation, third-party onboarding, supply chain management, compliance, master data management and account-based marketing.
- Dynamics 365 Sales use cases cover lead qualification, prioritization and engagement workflows.
Context
The Microsoft integrations continue Dun & Bradstreet's 2026 distribution of its Commercial Graph into third-party AI platforms. Our coverage records the Amazon Quick MCP integration in June and the Perplexity connectors for the Commercial Graph and Risk Analytics in August. D&B's Elizabeth Barrette said the quality of data informing agents "becomes increasingly important" as agents spread. The release notes that D&B originated the D-U-N-S Number in 1963.
