Dreamdata adds CRM Syncs for HubSpot and Salesforce

Dreamdata released CRM Syncs, which push engagement data, AI signals and audiences from Dreamdata into HubSpot and Salesforce.

Dreamdata announced CRM Syncs in November 2025, a feature that automatically pushes its engagement data, AI signals and audiences into HubSpot and Salesforce. The company says marketing teams can act on Dreamdata insights inside the CRM, and sales teams get a current view of which accounts are engaged. Syncs run automatically after every Dreamdata data model update, and users can map Dreamdata properties to standard or custom CRM properties. Dreamdata says synced scores and signals can trigger native CRM automation, such as creating SDR tasks or enrolling accounts in sequences. CRM Syncs is part of the Dreamdata Activation product.

The details

  • Synced fields include contact details, firmographics, Engagement Score, sessions and active contacts in the last 30 days, and paid and organic LinkedIn impressions and engagement.
  • Direct links to contact and account journeys in Dreamdata are written to the CRM.
  • A Custom Engagement Score built in Dreamdata can be synced and combined with third-party intent.
  • Example automations: SDR follow-up tasks at score thresholds, sequence enrollment and removal from nurture flows.
  • CRM Syncs joins existing Activation features: ad platform audience syncs, webhooks for tools such as Clay and Zapier, and Slack and Microsoft Teams notifications.
