Avoma's August 2026 product update, published September 1, 2026, said Avoma is now listed in Claude's connector directory as a community connector that Anthropic reviewed for safety and functionality. Teams previously had to add Avoma manually as a custom connector by URL. The update also made email a standalone source for Ask Avoma, added stop and re-ask controls, improved automation rule management and added CRM sync for Deal Qualification Scores.
The details
- Ask Avoma can now search email on its own, alongside meetings, deals and accounts.
- Automation rules can be reordered by drag and drop and searched or filtered by trigger or action.
- Deal Qualification Scores can map to any CRM deal field, including custom fields, and update when Avoma re-analyzes a deal.
- Forecasts and targets can be set by CRM deal property such as product line, deal source or region.
- Avoma reported ISO/IEC 42001:2023 certification for AI management systems.
Context
The directory listing follows Avoma's July update in our coverage, which added Pipeline Walk reports and OAuth-based MCP connections. In October Avoma added scheduled prompts and pre-meeting briefs. Other GTM vendors in our coverage that announced Claude directory listings around the same time include Livestorm on August 31 and Jasper on September 2. Avoma's post says the directory listing removes the manual custom connector step for teams.
