Avoma's October 2026 product update, published October 15, adds Scheduled Prompts and a Pre-Meeting Brief, along with Salesforce field mapping, scorecard weights, forecast changes and mobile updates. Scheduled Prompts run a saved Ask Avoma query daily or weekly and deliver results by email, Slack or Microsoft Teams. The Pre-Meeting Brief summarizes meeting history and suggested discussion topics from recent calls, emails, notes and CRM data. The post does not list separate release dates for each feature.

The details

  • During a free preview, organizations get two Scheduled Prompts per paid license, and organizations on the credit system draw from their existing balance.
  • The Pre-Meeting Brief requires the Enterprise plan or the Revenue Intelligence or Conversation Intelligence add-on, and external meetings include web research with source links.
  • Admins can map eligible Avoma Properties and Smart Topics to Salesforce Event and Task fields.
  • Scorecards accept custom weights per question, shown as a percentage of the total, across AI and manual scorecards.
  • Mobile apps on iOS and Android add in-person recording, offline access to downloaded meetings and a full coaching tab.

Context

Avoma's October release adds scheduled and pre-meeting AI outputs to Ask Avoma. In our coverage, Avoma added Pipeline Walk reports and OAuth-based MCP connections on July 29, 2026, and was listed in Claude's connector directory on September 1. The October post also lets managers exclude members such as leaders or coaches from forecast submissions without changing team structure, and introduces a reorganized left navigation. Availability of the Salesforce mapping varies by plan, according to the post.
