Avoma published its February 2026 product update on March 2, 2026. The main addition is AI Tasks, a task management workspace that the company says automatically captures follow-ups and action items from meetings and emails and organizes them in one place. AI Tasks is free for 60 days for existing customers. The release also expands Ask Avoma to answer direct questions about deal health, pipeline risk and revenue performance by analyzing deal board data, CRM fields, meetings and activity together. Other additions are voice coaching comments in the mobile app, multi-column sorting on revenue dashboards and a shared pipeline view that adapts to each user.

The details

  • AI Tasks is free for 60 days for existing customers.
  • Ask Avoma pipeline answers draw on deal board data, CRM fields, meetings and activity.
  • Voice coaching comments are transcribed and timestamped within the meeting, on iOS and Android.
  • Revenue dashboards can sort by several fields at once, such as close date, risk score, qualification score and amount.
  • Shared pipeline views add Me and Teams managed by me owner filters.

Context

This is the first Avoma monthly update in our coverage in 2026, following AI snippets, sales methodology setup and Salesforce lead sync (December 1, 2025). The next update added deal methodology scoring with live coaching (March 19, 2026), and later releases added weighted forecasts and a prompt library (May 9, 2026) and upgraded Ask Avoma reasoning (June 18, 2026).
