Avoma adds weighted forecasts, forecast reminders and a prompt library

Avoma published its April 2026 product update on May 9, 2026. Ask Avoma gained voice dictation, with a summary mode that turns spoken input into a structured prompt and a transcript mode that inserts words as spoken. A shared Prompt Library offers pre-built prompts organized by function and lets admins manage org-level collections. The forecast submission screen now shows risk and qualification scores and pipeline metrics such as gap, commit and coverage, with scheduled reminders and a submission history. The AI Forecasting Assistant can calculate weighted amounts using stage probabilities from the CRM. Avoma also added org-level recording consent policies.

• The Prompt Library is available on the Organization plan and above.
• Forecast reminders can be sent by email or Slack, and a category-guided workflow covers Commit, Best Case and Pipeline.
• A Next Meeting Not Scheduled filter in the Deals dashboard lists open deals with no future meeting.
• Forecast submissions, weighted amounts and the new deals filter require the Revenue Intelligence add-on.
• Consent policies have four modes (Disabled, Informed, Acknowledgment, Permission), and the last two require the Enterprise plan.

Context

This update builds on Avoma's March 2026 release, which added organization-level prompts and deal methodology scoring with live coaching, and its March launch of AI Tasks in Ask Avoma. In our later coverage, Avoma upgraded Ask Avoma reasoning in June, added Pipeline Walk reports and OAuth-based MCP connections in July, was listed in Claude's connector directory in September and added scheduled prompts and pre-meeting briefs in October.
