Avoma published its March 2026 product update on March 19, 2026, introducing Deal Methodology Intelligence. According to the company, it evaluates whether reps follow a sales methodology such as MEDDICC, BANT or a custom framework, coaches them live during calls, scores each deal from evidence in meetings and emails, and syncs results to the CRM automatically. It requires the Revenue Intelligence add-on. The release also lets admins create organization-level prompts in Ask Avoma, adds web search with citations to global Ask Avoma, adds pipeline snapshots and priority tabs to the Deal Board, and adds bulk member management for integrations.
The details
- Deal Methodology Intelligence is available with the Revenue Intelligence add-on.
- Org-level Ask Avoma prompts are available on the Organization plan and above.
- Web search in Ask Avoma is available on the Enterprise plan or with the Conversation Intelligence add-on.
- Deal Board snapshots show gap to target, commit amount, coverage ratio and average deal size, with tabs for high value, high risk, weak qualification, no engagement and overdue deals.
- Admins can bulk update calendar, email and recording settings for Zoom, Google or Microsoft workspace members.
