NextRoll names Vibhor Kapoor chief executive officer
NextRoll, the company behind AdRoll, named chief business officer Vibhor Kapoor as CEO effective February 1, 2026. Roli Saxena moves to executive chair and chief strategy officer.
NextRoll, the company behind the AdRoll advertising platform and AdRoll ABM, announced on January 27, 2026 that chief business officer Vibhor Kapoor would become chief executive officer effective February 1, 2026. Roli Saxena, CEO since 2022, moves to executive chair of the board and chief strategy officer. The company says the transition comes as core display advertising faces more competition and margin pressure while marketers shift spending toward connected TV, digital out-of-home and AI-powered marketing. NextRoll says the change reflects a focus on execution in its core business alongside continued investment in long-term capabilities. Kapoor will oversee operations and lead the executive team.
