Salesforce reports Q2 FY27 revenue of $11.3B and Agentforce ARR above $1.5B

Salesforce reported results on August 26, 2026 for its second quarter of fiscal 2027, which ended July 31. Revenue was $11.3 billion, up 11% year over year, including $456 million from Informatica. Current remaining performance obligation was $33.5 billion, up 14%. Salesforce said Agentforce and Data 360 ARR reached nearly $3.9 billion and that Agentforce ARR alone exceeded $1.5 billion. The company raised its full-year revenue guidance to $46.1 billion to $46.4 billion.

• Subscription and support revenue was $10.8 billion, up 12% year over year.
• GAAP operating margin was 20.5% and non-GAAP operating margin was 34.1%.
• Agentforce ARR now includes AI offerings, Slackbot and Headless 360, and grew more than 240% year over year.
• Data 360 ingested 104 trillion records in the quarter, including 82 trillion through Zero Copy.
• Third-quarter revenue guidance is $11.42 billion to $11.5 billion, and full-year GAAP operating margin guidance was lowered to 20.1%.

Context

Informatica contributed to reported growth, and Salesforce said definitive agreements to acquire Contentful and Fin, announced in June 2026, were expected to close during the third quarter. On the same day Salesforce announced the Claudeforce partnership with Anthropic.
