On October 27, 2026, Salesforce announced Agent Evals, API Evals and advanced cost controls for Agent Fabric, its platform for discovering, managing and governing AI agents regardless of where they are built. The company says the additions bring continuous evaluation and automated intervention into the same control plane, so teams can detect quality drops or spending spikes and respond with predefined actions, including human approval where policy requires it. Salesforce also announced a Custom Agent Scanner and Open Policies for Federated API Gateways. Availability varies by feature, from generally available today to general availability in January 2027.
