Salesforce published a roundup of Dreamforce 2026 announcements on September 28, 2026. Sales items include Piper, an AI sales development agent grouped with agents listed as mostly generally available now, and Hunter, an outbound agent listed for general availability in November. Platform items include Agent Optimizer, long-horizon agents, AI Skills and Skill Builder, Agent Health Monitoring and A/B experimentation in Agentforce Builder. Agentforce Voice added six languages.

The details

  • Agent Optimizer is listed for general availability in October.
  • Long-horizon agents are in pilot, with general availability in November 2026.
  • AI Skills and Skill Builder are in pilot, with general availability in October.
  • Agent Health Monitoring is generally available, and A/B experimentation is in beta in October.
  • Agentforce Voice added Spanish, Italian, German, Portuguese, Japanese and Canadian French, and Slackforce is listed as generally available in October with Claudeforce in beta.

Context

The Dreamforce roundup sits between other Salesforce announcements in our coverage: the Claudeforce partnership with Anthropic and Q2 FY27 revenue of $11.3B in August, AIforce and the Koa reasoning model on September 15, and agreements to acquire Loops on October 12 and Braze on October 20. Data providers including Apollo, Demandbase and ZoomInfo announced Hunter partnerships in September and October. Their releases describe Hunter general availability as later in 2026, while the roundup lists November.

Not disclosed

  • Pricing for Piper and Hunter
