Relevance AI added a Fireflies.ai integration on October 27, 2025, letting agents access meeting transcripts and key moments and trigger workflows based on what was discussed.

Connected agents can read transcripts and highlights from recorded meetings and act on them in automated workflows. The company describes uses including automated follow-up after meetings, surveys conducted by voice, testimonial extraction and content creation. It says connected agents can work with conversation insights without manual intervention, and that meeting intelligence can be connected to existing tools and processes.

Context
The integration arrived days after Relevance AI launched Slide Builder and Workforce Testing on October 23, 2025. It later added Agent Alerts on December 4, 2025 and Microsoft Teams calendar event triggers on February 24, 2026. Relevance AI's later 2025 updates included built-in agents for Workforces on November 17 and project-wide roles on December 1.
