Mutiny adds stakeholder search to account People pages

Mutiny's changelog says users can now request a stakeholder search from an account's People page, review suggested people, and accept or decline them, with Mutiny asking before running another paid search.

On October 21, 2026, Mutiny added a changelog entry titled "Find stakeholders for an account," marked as new. The entry says that on an account's People page, a user can request a stakeholder search, review suggested people, and accept or decline them. Mutiny asks before running another paid search and shows the source of each suggestion's details. Entries dated October 19 to October 21 describe related changes to how People records, meetings and supporting context are shown and managed inside accounts.

The details

  • Stakeholder search is started from an account's People page, and suggested people can be accepted or declined.
  • Mutiny asks for confirmation before running another paid search, according to the changelog.
  • Each suggestion shows where its details came from.
  • On October 20, Mutiny added the ability to ask account chat to merge duplicate People, with approval required before records change.
  • On October 20, person cards began counting meetings only when Mutiny has evidence of attendance, with invite-only meetings labeled "Invited."
  • On October 19, person profiles moved activity and supporting context into one "Sources" list.

Context

Mutiny relaunched as an agent-first product for GTM teams in April 2026, launched an MCP server for building assets in Claude and ChatGPT that month, and in June 2026 launched an AI agent to run account work from first touch to close. In July it redesigned analytics for agent-built assets, and on October 13, 2026 it added a desktop recorder for meeting notes. The stakeholder search entry adds people discovery to the account workspace.

Not disclosed

  • The data source or provider behind stakeholder search.
  • What a paid search costs and how searches are counted against a plan.
  • Which plans include stakeholder search.
  • Whether accepted stakeholders sync to a connected CRM.
