On July 23, 2026, HubSpot launched Agent Hub and Agent Builder in public beta for all Professional and Enterprise customers. Agent Hub is a single place for marketing, sales and service teams to see the live status and performance of active agents, activate agents that are not yet turned on and manage outcomes organized by goals such as building demand and winning deals. Agent Builder lets teams create and improve custom agents and automations on one canvas using natural language through Breeze Assistant. HubSpot says custom agents run on the same CRM data as its core agents, without separate setup or field mapping.

The details

  • Agent Hub provides access to Agent Builder and Agent Marketplace from the same screen.
  • Agent Builder connects workflows, custom agents and triggers on one canvas.
  • Agents can be triggered by scheduled times, contact updates, webhooks or third-party integrations.
  • Custom agents use HubSpot context such as deal history, contact records, call transcripts and buying signals.
  • Customer example: Ignite Reading built an agent that parses school district academic calendars, cutting 15 to 20 minutes of work per district to seconds and saving more than 350 hours a year, according to HubSpot.
  • Chief Product and Technology Officer Duncan Lennox is quoted in the announcement.

Context

This follows HubSpot's April 13, 2026 move of Customer Agent and Prospecting Agent to outcome-based pricing and its Spring 2026 Spotlight on April 14, which launched HubSpot AEO. It came one day after TELUS Digital joined HubSpot's Solutions Partner ecosystem. In September HubSpot shipped its Fall 2026 Spotlight with Breeze Assistant and a self-updating Smart CRM, and in October it added AI credit spend caps.

Not disclosed

  • Pricing or credit consumption for custom agents
  • A general availability date
  • Limits on the number of custom agents per account
  • Whether Starter customers will get access
