Highspot announced its Winter Product Launch 2026 on January 12, 2026, centered on Deal Intelligence powered by Deal Agent. The company says Deal Intelligence analyzes CRM data, buyer engagement and meeting insights to give a real-time, unified view of each active deal. Deal Agent then recommends next steps, such as identifying risk, launching a deal-specific AI Role Play or creating a Digital Sales Room to re-engage buyers. Highspot says Deal Agent is built on Highspot Nexus, its AI and analytics engine, and connects directly to a customer's CRM. The launch also adds mutual action plans inside Digital Sales Rooms and new coaching and training features.
The details
- AI Role Play is available inside Deal Agent with live deal context, on web or mobile.
