Highspot Summer Launch adds multi-persona Role Play and Deal Agent in Slack

Highspot published its Summer Launch on July 13, 2026, focused on deal execution. Role Play, which the company says uses real stakeholders, objections and priorities from live opportunities, gained Multi-Persona Role Play for practicing with buying committees, the ability to present content during practice and the option to generate role plays from external AI platforms such as Anthropic and OpenAI through Highspot's MCP Server. Deal Agent is now accessible directly in Slack and Salesforce, with enhanced reasoning, richer meeting intelligence and clickable suggested next actions. The launch also added governance controls and usage reporting for Deal Agent and new AI coaching and training features.

This launch builds on Highspot's Winter Launch in January 2026, which introduced Deal Intelligence powered by Deal Agent, the GTM Agent for marketing and enablement teams in May and its MCP Server listing in the ChatGPT app store in June.
