Goody ships HubSpot app and Salesforce 2.0 with workflow-triggered gifting

Goody's July 2026 updates add Goody for HubSpot, Goody for Salesforce 2.0 with Salesforce Flow automation, a Chrome extension and reusable gift templates. The page dates updates by month only.

Goody's July 2026 product updates list two CRM releases. Goody for HubSpot lets users send gifts from contact records, sync gift activity to HubSpot and trigger gifts automatically from workflows. Goody for Salesforce 2.0 adds automation through Salesforce Flow, gift history on contacts, leads, opportunities and accounts, and automatic linking of gifts to open opportunities. The same month added a Chrome extension, shareable Gift Templates, hidden gift contents and custom card fonts.

The details

  • The Chrome extension lets users browse the Goody store and send gifts from any page, including Gmail and LinkedIn, with card and message suggestions.
  • Gift Templates save reusable gift setups that can be shared and used for automated sends.
  • Direct-ship gifts can hide their contents until the box arrives.
  • Card messages can use several fonts and adjustable font sizes.
  • In April 2026 Goody began matching gift activity to Salesforce contacts and leads by email.

Context

The CRM releases follow Goody's June 2026 updates, which included the Goody MCP for AI assistants, general availability of Company Stores with international shipping, recipient forms and an expansion of HR integrations from 30+ to more than 200 systems. Later releases added a gifting ROI calculator and HubSpot Meetings scheduling in September and printed gift notes for 30 brands on all plans in October. Sendoso, another gifting vendor, also offers Salesforce-based gift policies, released in June 2026.
