Factors.ai brings account timelines and agents into Salesforce and HubSpot
Factors.ai released beta widgets that show account timelines and run agents inside Salesforce account and HubSpot company records.
Factors.ai released beta widgets for Salesforce and HubSpot on July 31, 2026. The widget embeds in the Salesforce Account object and the HubSpot Company record and shows the Factors account journey timeline and Birdeye snapshot, and it lets sales teams run research agents without leaving the CRM. On August 3 the company added Scheduled CRM Sync in beta, a weekly sync that pushes every account in a chosen segment to Salesforce regardless of activity.
The details
- Scheduled CRM Sync supports property mapping and an optional daily account cap.
- HubSpot support for Scheduled CRM Sync is planned next.
- On August 4, Factors.ai added the ability to regenerate an MCP personal access token, limited to once every 24 hours.
- The Factors app was listed on the HubSpot Marketplace on June 20, 2026 and featured in its New Apps section for 30 days.
Context
The CRM widgets follow a run of agent-related releases in Factors.ai's changelog. In June the company made its MCP server available as a hosted URL, shipped the first version of its multi-touch attribution Influence model and added a model selector to the agent builder. In mid-July it moved Account Research Agents to Exa Search, added a Deep Web Research tool and launched Scout Routines and an AI planner for those agents. The widgets put the agents and timelines inside the two CRMs Factors.ai supports.
