Clay adds workflow credit limits and MCP client allowlisting
Clay's November 2 product roundup adds credit caps for Workflows, domain-based allowlisting of MCP clients, API endpoints for privacy deletion in Audiences and a Sculptor handoff in enrichment search.
On November 2, 2026, Clay published its Product Roundup for the week of October 26. The roundup lists four updates: workflow credit limits, MCP client allowlisting, privacy deletion for Audiences and a Sculptor handoff in enrichment search. Clay says the workflow limits work the same way as existing workbook credit limits.
The details
- Admins can set a cap on how many credits a workflow can spend.
- Workspace admins can add trusted MCP clients by domain, and allowlisted clients can connect through Clay's MCP.
- POST /audiences/privacy-delete queues deletion by email or LinkedIn slug, and GET /audiences/privacy-delete/{job_id} checks progress.
- Deletion jobs retry automatically, and job status is kept for up to five days after a job completes or fails.
- Enrichment search includes a Use Sculptor option when a search has no direct match.
Context
