Clari + Salesloft announced on May 13, 2026 the appointments of Brian Benfer as Chief Revenue Officer and Rajesh Krishnaswami as Chief Technology Officer. The company says the hires mark its move from integration to scaling after the December 2025 merger. Benfer will lead the global revenue organization across sales and partnerships, working with customer success. Krishnaswami will lead global engineering and platform development, including the AI capabilities and architecture behind what the company calls its Predictive Revenue System. CEO Steve Cox said the two connect how the company goes to market with how it builds.

The details

  • Benfer was CRO of Brightly Software for six years, through several acquisitions including its sale to Siemens.
  • Benfer earlier led sales at SolarWinds (now N-able) and held roles at Citrix, and was a Clari + Salesloft customer.
  • Krishnaswami has more than 30 years in enterprise software and was most recently CTO at Globalli, an AI-native payroll and payments platform.
  • He was previously SVP of Engineering at Dayforce and held roles at SAP, Oracle and Infor.

Context

These are the latest in a run of executive appointments since Clari and Salesloft completed their merger and named Steve Cox CEO in December 2025. Kylie Fuentes (CPO) and Laurie Ehrbar (CMO) were named that month and Rick Hasselman became CFO in April 2026. In our later coverage, the company expanded its MCP server in July, unified its brand under Salesloft in September while keeping the Clari Forecast name, and outlined an agentic revenue roadmap.
