On October 27, 2026, Salesloft announced new AI capabilities spanning agentic sales workflows, AI analytics, automated meeting preparation and real-time conversation guidance. The company positions the release as putting into practice the agentic revenue vision it outlined in September, as part of its Predictive Revenue System. The main component, Agentic Playbook, coordinates sellers and AI agents around sales objectives, with revenue operations teams setting objectives, guardrails, autonomy levels and when human review is required. Salesloft says Agentic Playbook, the AI analytics features and the meeting preparation capabilities are entering early access.
The details
- Agentic Playbook lets teams define and refine sales plays in natural language; agents act on revenue signals, pipeline risk and user instructions, according to the company.
- Context Engine combines sales models, methodologies, competitive playbooks and past performance to inform sellers and agents, and learns from outcomes over time, Salesloft says.
- Ask Salesloft builds and modifies reports from natural-language requests, with new drill-down analytics down to individual seller actions.
- A meeting agent reviews account history, past conversations, opportunity notes and research to produce sales meeting briefs.
- Real-time battlecards in Zoom surface talking points when AI detects objections, competitor mentions or other topics during live calls.
- Salesloft plans to show the capabilities at its Behind Every Win virtual summit on November 4, 2026.
Context
The release follows Salesloft's September 24, 2026 announcement of its agentic revenue roadmap, which included Agentic Forecasting, and its September 2, 2026 brand unification after the Clari merger. Earlier in 2026 the company expanded its MCP server across execution, conversation and forecast data and partnered with allGood on AI email marketing. This announcement moves several roadmap items into early access.
