UserGems released UserGems MCP on September 18, 2026, a headless interface that exposes its signal platform to MCP-compatible AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT. Customers can research accounts, prioritize prospects, draft outreach and build campaigns from inside the assistant, and admins can edit many campaigns with one instruction. The company announced the release at its UserGems Insiders event, alongside a Research Agent and a new Writing Agent, and says the MCP is available now to customers.
The details
- UserGems says responses draw on each customer's own signals, custom scoring model and CRM history.
- The MCP accepts inbound connections from Gong, Webflow and Sendoso, so its Gem-E agents can pull call transcripts, fetch case studies or trigger gifts during a campaign.
- Setup involves connecting UserGems as an MCP server in Claude or ChatGPT, and the company says no engineering work is required.
- Example always-on campaigns include Revive Closed-Lost, Champion Tracking and Always-On ABM, which re-scores target account lists monthly and refreshes ad audiences.
- Documentation, connection guides and a prompt library are published in the UserGems Help Center.
Context
The MCP launched at UserGems Insiders together with two additions to Gem-E, the company's family of AI agents: a Research Agent and an updated Writing Agent. UserGems lists Signals, Research, Account and Contact Discovery, Scoring, Personalization, Workflows and Advertising as its product areas, and the MCP exposes these to outside assistants. CEO Christian Kletzl said "the LLM alone can't run outbound and ABM." This is the first UserGems item in our coverage.
