UserGems introduced several Gem-E agents and features at its Insiders event, including a Research Agent, an Orchestration Agent, dual sales and marketing campaigns and ad sync to LinkedIn, Meta and Google.

UserGems announced new capabilities for its Gem-E AI agent on April 20, 2026 at UserGems Insiders, its live product and customer event, where co-founder and CTO Stephan Kletzl demonstrated them for the first time. The Research Agent pulls custom insights on target accounts, cross-references Google results and supports templates for a company's ICP. The Orchestration Agent builds a campaign from a description and flags missing campaigns or suggests changes. The Chrome extension's Account and Contact Insights now lets users ask Gem-E for additional context. Other additions include dual sales and marketing campaigns, dynamic ad audience sync and buying stage and TAM progression views.

The details

  • Ad sync covers LinkedIn, Meta and Google with contact enrichment for match rates.
  • Sales and Marketing Dual Campaign runs outbound and marketing to the same people in one workflow.
  • UserGems said its MCP integration was coming the following month.
  • Quickbase reported 5x lead creation, 3x pipeline opportunities and 2x closed-won revenue comparing 2025 quarterly averages to Q1 2026.
  • Docebo reported email reply rates rising from 0.3% to 1% up to 20% on English sequences and 43% on German sequences.

Context

These agents followed UserGems' February 2026 repositioning of its platform as an AI Command Center for outbound and ABM and its addition of contact-level intent and transparent scoring that month. The MCP integration announced as coming the next month appears in our coverage on September 18, 2026, when UserGems launched MCP to run its signal platform from Claude and ChatGPT.

Not disclosed

  • Pricing or plan availability for the new agents
  • General availability dates for each feature
  • Whether ad sync requires separate ad platform licensing
