UserGems announced a set of enhancements to its AI Command Center platform, dated February 10, 2026 in our coverage. The release lists contact-level intent detection across more than 42,000 topics, transparent A-to-D scoring for accounts and contacts that shows which signals contributed, LinkedIn ad audience sync that adds and removes contacts as signals change, and a Gem-E Chrome extension that shows signals and closed-lost insights inside CRM records. The company says its Gem-E agent now writes multi-step sequences using signals, CRM data and past calls and emails, and that teams can adjust messaging through a chat interface. New capabilities roll out through Q1 2026, according to the release.
The details
- Contact-level intent covers 42,000-plus topics with rolling 7, 30 or 60 day windows.
- Scores run from A to D using CRM data, ICP criteria and signals, with adjustable weighting.
- UserGems claims 80 percent-plus match rates for LinkedIn audiences against a 30 percent industry average.
- The company claims Gem-E sequences get 6 to 20 percent reply rates against an industry average of 1 to 2 percent.
- AI Research for closed-lost revival pulls past emails, call insights and objections into messaging.
- Named customers include Mimecast, Workday, Salesloft and Sendoso.
