Sendoso releases Events Hub for scheduling and tracking event shipments

Sendoso's August 2026 release notes introduce Events Hub, a self-serve workspace to schedule, fulfill, track and return event shipments. The same month's notes list Sendoso MCP as generally available.

Sendoso's release notes for August 2026 introduce Events Hub, a self-serve workspace under Event Fulfillment for creating, scheduling, fulfilling, tracking and returning event shipments. Admins and managers can set up orders with inventory photos, delivery windows, funding sources and addresses, see rush and return fees before submitting, and generate self-serve return labels. The same month lists Sendoso MCP under a "Now in GA" heading, while the entry's plan note still describes it as in beta.

The details

  • The dashboard offers list and calendar views with status tiles for scheduled, processing, shipped, delivered, cancelled and returns pending.
  • Each return gets its own Ship Notice number so it matches the right event.
  • The inventory table shows product, quantity, location, owner and last sent date.
  • Email alerts go out when orders are created, when allocated inventory runs low and when a return is received.
  • Admins see all inventory, while managers see only inventory assigned to them.
  • The Sendoso MCP entry lists availability on Core, Advanced and Enterprise plans, with access by request.

Context

Events Hub extends Sendoso's fulfillment tools to event logistics such as booth materials and swag. The company opened a request-based beta of its MCP server in June 2026, and in September Sendoso MCP became available as an action in Databricks Genie and AI Playground. Other 2026 releases include Party Link management and Salesforce-based gift policies in June and a redesigned send flow with handwritten note campaigns in October. The release notes date entries by month only.
