Sendoso introduces Oso agent, Policy Center and a program dashboard
Sendoso's March 2026 updates introduce Oso, an AI agent that answers questions about gifting program data, a Policy Center for organization-wide gifting rules, a Gong-based SmartSend upgrade and a new Sendoso Dashboard.

It also introduced the Policy Center for centralized gifting guardrails and a home dashboard for admins, managers and senders. SmartSend began using Gong conversation data, and customers can now disable the address confirmation fallback in SmartDelivery, which cancels sends when no address is found. Sendoso says the Dashboard gives senders a personalized view of their recent activity and recipient responses.
