Sendoso adds SmartMessage drafting and early access to sending through Oso
Sendoso's April 2026 updates make Gong-based SmartSend recommendations generally available, introduce SmartMessage for AI-drafted gift messages, open Oso gift sending in early access and add a Notification Center.
In April 2026, Sendoso released several AI updates. The Gong integration for SmartSend moved to general availability. SmartMessage replaced PunPal as the message drafting tool inside the send flow. Oso, launched the prior month as an analytics agent, began finding and sending gifts in early access, which Sendoso calls the first step in Oso's move from analytics to execution. The release also replaced notification settings with a toggle-based Notification Center.
The details
- SmartSend and SmartMessage are available on Core, Advanced and Enterprise plans.
- SmartMessage uses recipient type: prospect, customer, partner or employee.
- Oso sending in early access requires Advanced or Enterprise plans with early access enabled.
- Notification categories: Gift Status, Alerts, Summary and Feedback.
